Maragondon celebrates Bonifacio’s 152nd Birth Anniversary

bonifacioThe Municipality of Maragondon in partnership with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines spearheaded a short program in commemoration of Gat Andres C. Bonifacio’s 152nd Birth Anniversary on November 30, 2015(9:00A.M) at the Museo ng Pinaglitisan(formerly Bonifacio Trial House).

The event was attended by the principals, teachers and students from Maragondon District Elementary Schools, Bucal National High School, Cavite National Science High School, Maragondon National High School and Pulo ni Sara National High School. 
Cavite Masons, Senior Citizens, Maragondon Water District, PUP-Maragondon Branch, Maragondon PNP, Maragondon Municipal Fire Station, Municipal Officials and Employees, Barangay Officials shared their time on the said occasion.

Congressman Jon-Jon Ferrer failed to attend the event, but he sent Mr. Rainier A. Ambion, a young political enthusiast who graced the momentous occasion.

Dr. Luz Dela Rosa (DepEd Central Office), Dr. Edith Atendido (Assistant Schools Division Superintendent), Ms. Rowena Bobadilla and Ms. Marcela Dela Cruz(District Supervisors) together with the principals from Maragondon District Schools, Ms. Celia A. Martal(Head, Cluster C of DILG-Cavite) accompanied by Ms. Rory Buhay(MLGOO),Office of Senior Citizens Association, Liga ng Mga Barangay, Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, Office of the Mayor, National Historical Commission of the Philippines headed by Executive Director Ludovico D. Badoy participated in the wreath laying ceremony. The Office of the President has also sent flowers in reminiscing Bonifacio’s birth anniversary.

Mr. Jerry Punongbayan, teacher from Maragondon Elementary School stood as Master of Ceremony. Thank you to Ms. Lavinia Salas, Mr. Mark Capili and Ms. Christine Joy Pareja for sharing their talents during the program.

Let us remember how Gat Andres C. Bonifacio lived his life in the most meaningful way.

Tulong sa mga magsasaka

kubotaMuling napagkalooban ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Maragondon ng mga makinarya sa pagsasaka. Isang yunit ng ‘handtractor’ at isang yunit ng ‘transplanter’ ang pormal na ibinigay ni Mayor Rey A. Rillo sa Magsasaka sa Garita Association(MAGARA) na pinangunahan ng kanilang Pangulo na si G. Antonio Manalo. Nabigyan din ng isang yunit ng ‘handtractor’ ang Cantaricio Farmers Irrigators’ Association na pinamumunuan ni G. Sotero Panganiban.

Ang mga nasabing makinarya ay nagmula sa Kagawaran ng Agrikultura. Ang 2 yunit ng ‘handtractor’ ay nagkakahalaga ng P 254,000.00 samantalang ang 1 yunit ng ‘transplanter’ ay nagkakahalaga ng P 353,000.00. 
Patunay na naman ito ng mas maayos na koordinasyon at pagtutulungan sa pagitan ng ating Punong Bayan at asosasyon ng mga magsasaka dito sa ating bayan. Batid ni Mayor Rey ang pangangailangan ng ating mga magsasaka kung kaya’t agarang aksyon ang kanyang tugon.

Pinasasalamatan namin ang mga kawani mula sa Municipal Agriculture Office na umagapay sa ating mga magsasaka upang magkaroon ng katuparan ang kanilang mithiin.
Sa isang bayan na tapat ang pamamahala, paniguradong tuloy-tuloy ang biyaya.
